I am a mechanical engineer with a robust sales career at Nokia, 3M, Clearfield, and Winning by Design. My core strengths are numbers and strategy; I was born analytical. Yupari, my last name, means “to count”. However, my Latin heritage has made me a passionate storyteller.

Formerly a CRO of a hundred-million-dollar revenue company, I’ve transformed stagnant sales organizations into high-performing entities, achieving record revenue and gross profit growth through strategic development, recruitment, empowerment, and proper incentives.
